Terms, revisions and refunds
Who we are
This service is operated by Hong Kong Prompt Limited（香港智能體有限公司）. It is an independent AI video production service and has no relationship with Anthropic, PBC. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic and is used on this site only to describe what visitors search for.
What you buy
One AI-made video of up to 60 seconds in 1080p, produced from your written brief and any materials you send, delivered by email as a download link valid for 30 days, for US$9.99 (or ¥69 on the Chinese page).
Revisions
You may request two rounds of changes within 7 days of delivery. A revision adjusts the same brief (pacing, text, music, color, order of scenes). Changing the subject, replacing all materials or asking for a different video is a new order. Each revision round takes 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Full refund if you ask before we start working on your order (email us with the order number). After delivery there is no refund; the two revision rounds remain available.
Your materials
You confirm you have the right to use any images, text, logos, music or likeness you send. We use them only to make your video.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card statements show "AI服务* CLAUDEVIDEO". Stripe emails a receipt for every successful payment.
